What does my order status mean?

Your order goes through several status updates as it moves through our warehouse:

Processed – Payment received; your order is waiting to be picked and packed. Changes aren’t possible now, but you can cancel within one hour of placing it.

Packed – Your order is packed and waiting for courier collection.

Shipped – On its way! Track your delivery using the ‘Track Order’ button. Changes can’t be made at this stage.

Delivered – Your order has arrived. Track details remain available.

Can I change or amend my order?

We’re unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. However, we offer a 1-hour self-cancellation window, which you can access by heading to your Orders page. Just follow the steps HERE to cancel your order within the first hour of placing it.

Need to update your delivery address?

If you’ve entered the wrong address, we recommend cancelling your original order within one hour via the Orders page and placing a new order with the correct details.

What if my order has already been shipped?

If your order has already been shipped, we can help by requesting the courier return it to our warehouse before delivery. Please reach out to us via our chat box, and we’ll do our best to assist.t moves through our warehouse...

I have received an email saying the item I ordered is out of stock

We're very sorry to hear one of the items in your order is now showing to be out of stock.

Unfortunately this will have been caused by a stock error within our warehouse. Stock errors on our system are incredibly rare and we do appreciate the frustration this may cause.

If you have ordered multiple items, and to ensure you receive the rest of your order in a timely manner, we will remove and refund the item for you. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days, depending on who you bank with.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders can be cancelled within 60 minutes of being placed. After this window, the order enters the 'Processed' stage and cannot be cancelled.
